Every single piece is made to order — just for you.
We don’t work with big warehouses or mass production. Instead, we print and embroider everything ourselves, in our own small studio. Once your order comes in, we get to work.
This approach takes a bit more time, but it allows us to minimize waste, avoid overproduction, and stay true to our values of quality and sustainability.
Thanks for your patience — and for supporting a small, independent brand that does things a little differently.

Production time:
Every item is made to order in our own workshop — no mass production. This takes time, and we thank you for your patience.
Shipping timeline:
• In-stock orders ship in 5–10 working days.
• Pre-orders show an expected ship date on the product page.
We use PostNL, UPS & DPD with a tracking code for every order.

Import taxes and duties are set by your country’s customs office and may apply once your order arrives. These charges are paid by the recipient and are not covered by Butchers & Barons.
Yes! Pick up in Berlaar (BE) and get a 5% discount voucher on your next order.
We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange — for any reason.
Important:
- Email us at hello@butchers-barons.com within 14 days.
- You then have 7 days to return the items at your own cost.
- Use original packaging or equivalent protection.
Return Conditions:
- You may try the item on — but we cannot accept returns if the garment is worn, washed, stained, or damaged.
- All original labels must still be attached.
After we receive and process your return:
- If the replacement item is in stock, we’ll ship it to you.
- If it’s more expensive, you can complete the purchase for the difference.
- If it’s cheaper, you’ll receive a full refund of the difference.
- If it’s out of stock, we refund your original purchase.
No — because each item is printed specifically for you, customised products cannot be returned or refunded.
Product related questions
Yes!
- Most garments are available up to 5XL. We don't offer them standard on our webshop but size 4XL and 5XL can personalised. Contact us if you want to order 4XL or 5XL. We'll provide you with the size guides.
- Want an illustration on another type of garment or a size we don’t list? Send us a message — we’ll see what we can do.
Note: Customised garments are not eligible for return.
We provide detailed size charts on every product page — please compare them to a similar item you already own before ordering.
Still not sure about the right size? You're always welcome at our studio to fit some blanks. Make sure to reach out first and make an appointment.
