Shipping & pick up


Orders are shipped within 5 to 10 working days (if product is in stock).
For Pre-orders we always provide an expected shipping date. You can find this on the product page.
If a product has a different shipping date, this will be indicated on the product page.

We ship with Bpost, UPS & DHL and provide tracking codes for every order.

After you have completed your order, you will receive an email with all the information you need to track your package.

Import Taxes & Duties
Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Butchers & Barons. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Customs & Regulations
Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as Butchers & Barons cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.

Pick up at Berlaar (BE)

When you chose to pick up your order in Berlaar (2590), you will receive a notification as soon as your order has been prepared. We will inform you about possible pick up times. All you have to do is let us know when you come to pick up your order. Make sure to bring the order number.
Please note that we are not a store. Always make an appointment.

Exchange & Returns

Do you want to exchange or return a product if the product does not fit, did not meet your expectations or simply for no specific reason. In that case we are happy to help you by taking the product back.


You are entitled to a return of 14 days after receipt of your order. Within this period you can return the item by post or return it yourself to our address in Berlaar. You have the option to exchange the product or get a refund.

Returns form’s that are not filled out correctly will cause delay’s in us processing refunds/exchanges.

Some points of attention before you will return your order:

  • You have 14 days after receipt of your goods to notify us via hello@butchers-barons.com that you will return the items to us within 14 days.
  • After you have sent this email, you have 7 days to return the items to us at your own expense. We do not offer a free returns policy.
  • Use the original shipping box / packaging that the item was shipped with or use a new one. Do not ship a product without a shipping box and do not attach shipping labels directly to the item. The item must be well protected from rain.
  • Important: You can certainly fit the item to check whether the size is correct. We do not accept returns where the clothing has stains or is damaged. All labels must still be attached in the original way. The article must not have been worn (except for fitting) and may not be washed or ironed. The item can only be replaced or refunded if it is delivered to us in its original condition.
  • Bring your carefully packaged package to the post office (or deliver it to us in Berlaar).
  • Make sure you receive a track & trace code when shipping, we are not responsible for lost shipments without a track & trace code. Returning a package is still your responsibility until we receive it back.
  • Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email from us.

Note: Once the 14-day period has expired, it is no longer possible to return the product.


After we have received and processed the return, the new item will come your way. Read our return conditions.


  • the new product is cheaper or more expensive. You will then receive a full refund of the purchase amount to your account and you can purchase the desired item.
  • the product is not in stock. We will refund the purchase amount to the account you paid with.

Custom products & Plus size

Because we press all our illustrations in our studio, we can offer you the service to choose which item of clothing you want your illustration on.
Not only do you have a choice of t-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, zip-through hoodies, sweaters, … Our supplier offers sizes in most garments up to 5XL.

Would you like a larger size than the standard we offer in our shop? Or would you like to see an illustration on another type of garment, do not hesitate to contact us by email or send us a message via messenger or instagram.

Please note that personalized items are not covered by the return policy. We always provide a size chart so that you can compare with your own clothing.
